According to §38 paragraph 7 Landeshochschulgesetz, the Convention shall adopt its own rules of procedure:

• Current rules of procedure in the version of 07.10.2021
• Expired versions: Version of 22.10.2020, Version of 21.03.2018, Version of 30.03.2017, Version of 16.07.2015, Version of 01.04.2015

Minutes of non-public meetings are sent by e-mail and exclusively to members.
